We at Metro Denver Partners (MDP) respect your concerns about privacy and value the trust you have placed in us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we may use that information, and with whom we may share it. Our Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the security of the information. In addition, we describe the choices you can make about how we use the information you provide to us. What types of information does MDP collect and use about me and how does MDP use the information?


We collect and use information about you to communicate with you about our services, fundraisers, programs and events, and to customize our communications in those areas. We also collect information to enroll Senior Partners (mentors); enable you to make donations to MDP and enable you to stay informed on current issues important to MDP. Register for Our Newsletter.

When you ask us to send you our newsletter, you provide us with your name, email and/or mailing address so we can fulfill your request.


Purchases.

When you order or purchase an MDP product, such as dinner reservation or golf tournament sponsorship, you may choose to give us contact information. Payment information (such as credit card number or checking numbers) goes through Google Checkout's secure procedure to process your credit card information only to fulfill your order. Enrollment. 

When you inquire online to learn more about becoming a Senior Partner, you give us your name and email. You must be at least 18 years old in order to become a Senior Partner. MDP does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13.


Donations.

We utilize GivingFirst.org to securely process our online (credit card) donations. After the donation has been processed, GivingFirst.org shares only contact information with MDP for the intention of thank you letters and tax purposes. Does MDP share the information it obtains about me with third parties?


MDP does not share personal information about you with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share this information with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf, but these service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We also may disclose information about you to other members of the MDP family (such as staff).


How does MDP protect personal information?


The security of personal information is a high priority for MDP. We use secure servers to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession.
